Scott Montgomery
Chief Executive Officer
Scott is the co-founding CEO of wellteq and is based in Singapore. Trained as an exercise physiologist, Scott has harnessed his commercial acumen across the past 15 years and is leading the digital wave of employee wellness through innovative partnerships into large employers globally. Scott has performed at the highest level as an athlete, trainer and as a corporate leader for over 17 years having co-built and sold Onsite Health Solutions in 2012.
Jeames Gillett
Chief Operating Officer
Jeames brings elitism and discipline to product and operational delivery. A Stanford University undergrad who has built corporate experience across APAC and the UK, Jeames brings 15 years of experience within the corporate wellness, insurance and population health sector having served as National Service Delivery Manager for Vitality Works and National Operations Manager for Onsite Health Solutions.
Olly Bridge
Chief Growth Officer
Olly brings over 20 years of diverse health and wellbeing experience from elite sports science within Formula1 and Olympic gymnasts through to being the former Executive Director for the national governing body (WHAA). He is also the former designer and head of the multi-million dollar corporate health business at Australia's largest health insurer, and grew the world's largest corporate health program at Global Corporate Challenge into 185 countries.
Daniel Starbuck
Chief Technology Officer
Daniel has over 15 years of experience building scalable enterprise business applications for domestic and international clients from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Daniel was the Co-Founder and CEO of GrowBuddy, a mobile application developed to optimise cannabis growing cycles. Prior to GrowBuddy, Daniel was a Senior Coldfusion Developer at On3 Software, a digital user experience agency based out of Denver, Colorado.

Dr. Peter Vaughan, C.M., C.D.
Chairman
Former Deputy Minister of Health and Wellness, Province of Nova Scotia, Peter currently serves as Board Chair for wellteq among numerous others. Previously an emergency and family physician and RCAF Flight Surgeon, he also serves as Board Chair of Canada Health Infoway and Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee, Treasurer and Board member of the SCAN-H at the University of Windsor Odette School of Business.
Jacqueline Yee
Director
Jacqueline is based in Singapore after relocating from Australia in 2019. She has a global track record in M&A, restructurings, capital markets structured finance and alternative investments, and she is a recipient of the Money 20/20 RiseUp Leadership Award. Over her 30 year career, she has worked in the United Kingdom, Europe, USA, Asia, Middle East, Australia and New Zealand; and, has gained a global network, and insights and local knowledge in multiple sectors.
Jacqueline currently serves as Non-Executive Director of Mustang Energy Plc UK (LSE:MUST), and as Treasurer of Kidney Dialysis Foundation Singapore; and, she also serves on the Financial Services Transformation Jury for SwissChamSG and on the Bio-Med-HealthTech Jury for EnterpriseSG SWITCH Slingshot. She is multilingual and she has authored reports that have been implemented in institutional and public policies.
Brian Leeners
Director
Brian has been a technology entrepreneur since 1997. In 2007, he founded his first Internet of Things (IoT) company developing sensor and automation solutions for customers including Lowes, Control4, Steelcase and Schneider Electric. Brian co-founded CBDS Health in 2017 and is currently Managing Director of Nexvu Capital, a boutique venture capital and merchant banking firm engaged in the technology and materials sector.
