I have lost 8 kilos in 4 weeks I feel refreshed and have received heaps of compliments. I am disappointed that the challenge has to end, but have a plan in place now to keep my steps up above 15,000 each day to keep me moving including my diet. My mindset is so much clearer, I am more positive and my everyday stress is so much less.
