In previous corporate challenges, I never pushed hard to get 10,000 steps. My maximum a day would be <5000. However, since wellteq, I push myself every day hard to reach the 10,000+ steps. I’ve also stopped my habit of a red bull a day, sweets biscuits and now eat fruits and cut veggies as snacks. I’ve adopted a much healthier lifestyle!
